I met with the customer and was able to change how we handled the account on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business. What is your greatest weakness? When I’m working on a project, I don’t want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule. Why do you want to leave your job? I don’t have room to grow with my current employer and I’m ready to move on to a new challenge.
