Practice interviewing is one of the best ways to make sure you do well on your actual interview. If you have ever been interviewed before for a job, you know that there are common questions that come up in every one. These questions can be grouped in three categories. They are: questions about you, questions about the job and questions about the future. In this article we will look at the top three questions, and the best answers for these answers, in every one of these categories.

Questions about you. What major challenges and problems did you face? How did you handle them? A long-term client was about to take their business to a competitor. I met with the customer and was able to change how we handled the account on a day-to-day basis, in order to keep the business. What is your greatest weakness? When I’m working on a project, I don’t want just to meet deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of schedule. Why do you want to leave your job? I don’t have room to grow with my current employer and I’m ready to move on to a new challenge.
